Burrito

Made a chipotle style burrito tonight. Instead of an 800 cal burrito you could get at chipotle I made my own for under 450 cal :) and it was delicious!
Flour tortilla
1/4 cup of Avocado
2 tbl spoons of salsa
1/4 cup of white rice
1/4 cup of black beans
2 tbl spoons of shredded cheese
And squeezed lime
Mmmmmm. you can cut even more cal substituting a flour...

Here’s whatcha do:
whole grain pita round (these should be pretty easy to find at any grocery)
fill it with veges: spinach, kale, cucumber, fresh bellpepper, tomato, red onion, avocado, etc. [whatever you want really, but lets try to see some leafy greens in there]
